All the information, so far, is fairly vague since we are a new group just starting out...give us a break. But, once we get up and running, we may make things seema bit more professional...however, we like to keep things more casual around here...which is basically why whenever a new member joins, we greet you with a thanks! We never copy and paste "Thanks for joining, now blah blah blah blah" nope, each welcome may say the same thing, but it's never copied and pasted ^.^ We like to make you feel welcome!

Updates:
GROUP BEING REBUILT! WILL HOPEFULLY BE UP AND RUNNING BY THE WEEK OF SEPT.1!!! So...basically...everything is under construction and under updation (go with me on the word fantasies, here)
The Process of Updating
ON STEP 2!!
2 - Putting up all new pieces requested (since you requested them to be put up and kept in contact, we will no matter what they were for)/Deleting those from members who left
3 - Welcoming new members and putting up their art (so if we dont get to you right away, please don't fret)
4 - Update member list/Put in the 'Newest UnDAs' list, Update who we still need artwork from
5 - Update/End/Make New Contests!
6 - Start regular schedules (i.e. monthly devs., featured member, etc)

NOTICE to ALL MEMBERS I am looking for someone who is on frequently who can help me out in organizing artwork, updating, notifying, welcoming new members, getting artwork up, so on an so forth. If you're interested, please send me a note at ~8savvy8poet2. Any that are sent here will get a notice to send there and be deleted. Thanks!

Also, just for the time-being...it feels lonesome having no icon flashing about, so until the contest ends/we get more submissions, I shall put up the one submission we have as our avatar.
Okay...I'm feeling better, so now I figure it's time for an update... Thanks to ~calasari for pointing out a fairly relevant detail that I missed.
VOTING for any contests will fo as follows:
You send a note (2 votes per member only) telling what selection(s) you are voting for, please try to put both votes in one note.
CONTESTANTS may vote for themselves once and then the second must MUST be for another piece.

Now, to all new members, sorry I haven't been active or welcoming and stuff. If I haven't chosen a piece from your gallery, I am trying to catch up now, but I may unintentionally miss someone, so please tell me kindly if I do. Also, please get in your selections a.s.a.p.

So far, there's one or two rules, but if you misbehave...that may change...
BE NICE!!! If we hear from a member that another member completely bashed/flamed or disrespected another member's work/profile/journal or offended them (purposely) you will be removed. We don't tolerate it, it's not nice. WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT, SO PLEASE DO!
SUPPORT OTHER MEMBERS This is a group to get artists noticed...so, help each other out. If someone is a featured deviant, maybe mention them in a journal or somehwew, maybe a signature or whatever (this is really a suggestion more so than a rule). Or, if you like one of the pieces we put up, favorite it on their page or even check out their gallery on your own, welcome them yourself, friend them, whatever! I know, as a manager, each member that joins I add them to my friends list.
